Family Farms Working With the Land Bringing
Food to Community Households. All year
with Fresh, Quality Local Organic Produce,
delivered to London every Thursday to
42 Southview Place, London, ON. We invite
you to share the benefits of our Summer
and Winter gardens with us.
Families purchase a share from the organic
farm. Our Triple Cord CSA is a group
of Organic Farmers who agree to produce
food for a predetermined group of customers.
The families who grow this amazing local
organic produce are Amish, and live
in Aylmer Ontario. The delivery day
has been set for London every Thursday
between 4 pm and 6 pm in the garage
at 42 Southview Place, London N6J 1S2.
How this works is that everyone is assigned
a box, a full share is a bushel box
and medium share is just over half a
bushel box in size. There may be occasionally
imported goods coming our way as well,
all Organic of course. Should someone
not like a particular vegetable or fruit
that is brought in, they can opt not
to take it, or use our swap box to trade
for another piece of produce.
Occasionally, we will be supplied with
extras, in where you can take a few
extra items free of charge. If you do
take your full allowance every week
and find there is too much for you and
your family, consider putting produce
away in the freezer for future use in
soups, stews, sauces, jams etc. Google

for recipe ideas and information. The
program offers enough fresh produce
for a family of 2 adults and 2 small
children for one week at a time for
the Regular share size. If you feel
that this is too much food for you,
you might consider finding someone with
whom to split your share price and produce,
or purchase a medium share.

Payment will guarantee you a box, and
will be first come, first on the list,
as we anticipate it will be a very busy
season.
We know you will enjoy the benefits
of eating healthy, local, fresh, organic
veggies and fruit at a very affordable
price. Our group of growing members
consists of a variety of eating styles
and lifestyles, Vegans, Vegetarians
and Omnivores; all who equally enjoy
their shares, for many personal an health
reasons. We also have access to grass-fed
farm-fresh free-run eggs on a pre-order
basis. A few dozen will be available
should you wish to purchase on occasion.
Access to flour, grains and meat on
occasion, all at an extra charge is
offered.
The farm is in Aylmer Ontario, and the
produce comes to London every Thursday
between 4pm and 6pm. Please feel free

Produce: Every Week, A Regular
Share will consist of 10-14 organic
items, enough to sustain a family of
4 through the entire summer months.
A Medium Share will contain 8-10 items
of quality organic produce perfect for
a single person, or a couple.
Asparagus, Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage,
Carrots, Celery, Eggplant,Green and
Red Bell Peppers, Green Onions, Herbs,
Hot Peppers, Kale, Kohlrabi, Leeks,
Lettuce, Mini Sweet Peppers, Mizuna
Greens,Melons, Onions, Pac Choi, Peas,
Pie Pumpkin,Potatoes, Radish, Raspberries,
Rhubarb, Salad Mix, Seedless Cucumbers,
Spinach, Squash, Strawberries, Sweet
Corn, Sweet Potatoes, Swiss Chard, Tatsoi,
Tomatoes, Watermelon, Zucchini
Delivery to These Areas: Pick
up is every Thursday, between 4pm and
