farm experience..we are also holding a
variety of sustainable and arts workshops

Food on your table, let us know where
your locale is as we are still adding
a few pick-up point locations.
Produce: Taste the tradition
of farm raised flavour! We grow many
varieties of Heirloom vegetables and
also offer Jersey Giant chicken eggs,
honey and heritage meats. If you have
never tried these meats you will be
amazed at the succulence-enjoy a taste
experience you'll never find in the
supermarket.
Heritage livestock are raised naturally
and slowly with care & NO antibiotics,
meat-based proteins, growth hormones,
synthetics or artificial additives.
We raise slowly raise pastured chicken,
Heritage Shropshire lamb, duck and Heritage
Bourbon Red turkey all here and the
beef and pork on a neighbouring farm,
though this summer here as well. Compare
our farmgate prices of individual cuts
with those of your local health food
store, Butcher By Nature, the Healthy
Butcher or Rowe Meats.
We also sell a limited number of registered
Shropshire sheep each year to those
who wish to start their own breeding
flock of this easy keeping breed.
Delivery to These Areas: Locavores.
The HarvestShare of both meats and garden
veggies is perfect for "locavores" in
the Kawarthas, Peterborough, Northumberland,
Hastings, Campbellford, Warkworth, Roseneath,
Havelock, Norwood and vicinity.very
few carbon miles! If you can't always
make it out to visit the farm, delivery
can be arranged.
City Shareholders
If you live a distance from the farm,
yes, you can absolutely still have a
MeatShare-we do deliver to pick-up points
in Toronto, Oshawa, Cobourg, Port Perry,
Peterborough, Whitby, and a few spots
en route as well, and we're happy to
bring fresh produce, herbs, eggs, honey,
jams etc on those days. OR, if you plan
on visiting the farm once a week or
so this season, you could opt for a
HarvestShare that includes both a MeatShare
and a GardenShare, and pick up your
produce basket and a breath of fresh
air when you visit.
