Being a part of a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program grants you the opportunity to receive a \u201cshare\u201d of the year\u2019s harvest. Since CSA shareholders pay for funds needed during the growing season, you don\u2019t have to worry about the quality of produce you\u2019ll acquire. Join a CSA program and discover its benefits while promoting ecological farming practices!<\/p>\n
CSA members are normally provided with neatly packed baskets of pre-washed freshly harvested vegetables. Every basket is filled with at least 8 seasonal items, delivered straight to your doorstep. Many CSA Farms provide members a couple of surprises, like occasionally adding fruits or eco-friendly goods from their partners.<\/p>\n
All the produce is harvested on the same day of delivery. Strict timelines are kept and have alternatives in case of inclement weather conditions.<\/p>\n
All members will be reminded via text and email a week before farms dispatch the orders. You may also choose to pick up your basket at any partner establishments. It’s good practice to inform farms beforehand if you have any last-minute changes to your order.<\/p>\n
